Cocoa containing powdered drink for use in low protein nutrition, e.g. in Phenylketonuria. SchokoMaxx is readily soluble and is ideally suited for chocolate drinks, puddings and for baking.

- ratio of ω - 6 : ω - 3 fatty acids is 5:1. The fat compound has an optimal composition of polyunsaturated, monounsaturated and saturated fatty acids with a ratio of approx. 1/3 each.
