  • contain maximum 50 mg Phenylalanin per 100 g ready product (Phe-values see table)
  • are enriched with vitamins (niacin, B1, B2, B6, folic acid) and iron
  • F R E E    F R O M    P R E S E R V A T I V E S
  • can be kept for long time when deep-frozen (-18 ° Celsius)
  • offer different attractive varieties: rich in taste with sunflower seeds, hearty with roasted onions,  Italian style as Ciabatta with sesame seeds or piquant in Bavarian style

Please, place your order by Friday afternoon at the latest!

If you order fresh bakery products, we will deliver all other products from your order together with these pastries. In case you want to have the other products delivered earlier, please let us know.

 Recipe Minimize

Chocolate-Crostini with Ciabatta and Schoxxi

  • cut 100 g Ciabatta into 6 thin slices, place them on a baking grid and roast in the pre-heated oven at  200° C for 5 minutes.
  • slice 35 g Schoxxi to small "chips" using a potato peeler.
  • take Ciabatta slices out from the oven and besprinkle with the Schoxxi-chips.

100 g chocolate-Crostini contain 1510 kJ/ 360 kcal, 31 mg Phe, 0,9 g protein, 53 g carbohydrates, 16 g fat
