Important notice: 
The skin of the grillis is uneatable! Please cut open the sausage casing before frying or grilling and press out the sausage.

   
 Recipe

Tomato "Hedgehogs" with TonyTomato

  • Put 250 g low protein baking mix in a mixing bowl and crumble 10 g fresh yeast on top.
  • Add 30 g olive oil and 130 ml  lukewarm water and knead all ingredients with a mixer or beater for at least 5 minutes to form a smooth dough. 
  • Cover the dough and let rest at warm temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Chop 100 g TonyTomato with a fork and work into the dough.
  • Cover a baking plate with baking paper. Cut off  from the dough small balls using 2  teaspoons and put them on the plate. Let rest for another 15 minutes.
  • Bake in the pre-heated oven at 200° C for approx. 10 minutes.

100 g Tomato hedgehogs contain: 1135 kJ/ 265 kcal, 51 mg Phe, 1,1 g protein, 49 g carbohydrates, 8 g fat.
