Dosage and directions for use

The daily amount of XPhe energy A depends on age, body weight and individual metabolic status of the adolescent or adult and is determined under medical supervision. The daily quantity of XPhe energy A should be taken as a drink, together with calculated amounts of other foods, in 3 - 5 single portions evenly distributed during the day.

Example of use
School girl 16 years of age - 56 kg body weight
Protein requirements 56 g, thereof 45 g protein from XPHE-SYSTEM-ADVANCE
	3	sachets	at 33 g each XPhe energy A	= 30 g protein
+	2	sachets of	10 g each XPhe Advance Sachet
	or 2 x		10 g XPhe Advance	= 15 g protein
