Dosage and directions for use

The daily amount of XPhe smart J depends on age, body weight and individual metabolic status of the child and is determined under medical supervision. The daily quantity of XPhe smart J should be taken as a drink, together with calculated amounts of other foods, in 3 - 5 single portions evenly distributed during the day.
 
Example for use (1)
Child 13 years of age - 46 kg body weight
Protein requirements 51 g, thereof 45 g protein from XPHE-SYSTEM Junior
  1 sachet at 14,5 g XPhe smart J = 10 g protein
+ 1 sachet  at 33 g XPhe energy J = 10 g protein
+ 2 sachets at 10 g XPhe Junior Sachet  
    or 2 x 10 g XPhe Junior = 15 g protein
+ 1 pouch à 63 ml XPhe jump10 = 10 g protein
 
Example for use (2)
Child 9 years of age - 27 kg body weight
Protein requirements 38 g, thereof 30 g protein from XPHE-SYSTEM Junior
  1 sachet at 14,5 g XPhe smart J = 10 g protein
+ 1 sachet  at 33 g XPhe energy J = 10 g protein
+ 1 pouch at 63 ml XPhe jump10 = 10 g protein

Preparation  Preparation
of XPhe smart J is flexible !
  • Gel (Size XS)
    stir content of 1 portion sachet (14,5 g) into 15 ml of still water and take with a spoon.
  • Drink (Size S)
    stir content of 1 portion sachet (14,5 g) into 25 ml of still water and drink or take with a spoon.
  • Shake (Size M)
    give content of 1 portion sachet (14,5 g) into a shaker filled with 40 ml of still water, shake and drink.
  • Shake (Size L/XL)- conventional use
    give content of 1 portion sachet (14,5 g) into a shaker filled with 50 ml (or more) still water, shake and drink.
Important notice:
After intake of XPhe smart J in concentrations XS, S oder M a glass of water or diluted drink should be taken.
Tip:
XPhe smart J variety „neutral“ tastes extra delicious when added to apple juice!
