"Special Flakes" and "Flakes & Red Berries" are gluten-free "Corn"flakes. The variety "Red Berries" contains a mixture from 3 kinds of fruits: cherry, raspberry and strawberry. The crispy, fruity flakes are ideally suited for a delicious breakfast or just for a snack in-between. These flakes fill up the energy stores of your body for a powerful start of your day. The flakes are made from rice and corn flour and thus are naturally guaranteed  100 % gluten-free. They are low in fat and are specially enriched with vitamins. The red fruits in the variety  "Red Berries" perform a fresh, summerly taste adventure onto your table. KICK! Natural and KICK! Raspberry are crispy flakes made from gluten-free oat flakes. ZAPS! are rice and maize puffs with hazelnut- and cocoa filling

 Recipe proposal

Red Berries - Muffins

Mix 45 g Flakes Red Berries, 100 g Backmix 1 (metaX) and 1 teaspoon of baking powder in a bowl. Take a separate bowl and mix well 1 egg with 50 g sugar, 1 pack vanilline sugar, 35 g vegetable oil and 100 g natural yoghurt.

Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Put paper moulds in a muffins baking-plate and distribute the mass evenly into the moulds.

Bake in the pre-heated oven at 160 °C (air circulation) for 15-20 minutes.
